Even at 34, this book deeply resonated with me. As I navigate motherhood, I’ve experienced a lull in friendships, and this book challenged me to focus inward—on growth, perspective, and what I bring to my relationships. It’s helped reshape how I view friendship in this new season of life.
I loved this book , I feel like I could relate to many aspects of woman aging into their 50’s and realizing, it’s not collecting friends that’s important, it’s the quality of friendships you care to invest in. Felt like I could relate to it’s ok to say No , and do what’s best for you. The writing was witty, smart, and prompts you to really look at your relationships, prioritizing Values you share, history, sense of humors , whatever it is you value in relationships. I loved it! Added this one to my library at the lake.
Amazing relatable heartfelt book every woman should read. She hit it out of the park with this book. But it for your girlfriends your moms and sisters….. you can thank me later.

This book is such a helpful tool, as we are getting older and looking around wondering what our relationships really mean.. it’s an excellent guide to help us navigate.

“What a wonderful inversion of typical self-help communication. Rather than bringing the reader to the neuroscientist’s lab, it brings the lab to the reader. Check full of fun ways to see exactly how your friendships—and your heart—work in you!”
